Heart of the Brooklyn noise and garage rock revival. Thee Oh Sees, Ty Segall, Future Islands, Dan Deacon were regulars. Same fate as Glasslands—displaced by Vice Media expansion. The Vice bankruptcy irony: company that displaced these venues to build glossy HQ is now gone, building in foreclosure.
